The world’s biggest pop star has released the video for her latest song Opalite and revealed the entire production was cast from Taylor’s appearance on the Norton Show last October. When Domhnall Gleeson jokingly mentioned on the sofa he would like to dance in Taylor’s next video, it gave the singer an idea.
And when Taylor Swift has an idea she runs with it. So the video features everyone who was on the Norton show that night including the host himself. Cillian Murphy, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith, Domhnall Gleeson and Mr Norton all play roles and the video ends with a sequence featuring their appearance on the Norton Show.
Every television show likes a bit of publicity but no show has ever had this scale of profile building.
